Minutes agreed from Last AGM Meeting held 30/01/24

1 The last year has been tough trying to secure registration. Lindy Jarvis as Chair paid for this using her own money to a company who assisted as we had had two failed attempts to register the charity without professional assistance.

2 Funding has been next to none. No one is interested in donating and despite several campaigns run online and requests they seem to have fallen on deaf ears.

3 Payments for Therapists. As we have not had any funding to date therapists are working on a voluntary ad hoc basis. If we were to receive significant funding, we could revise this and be able to pay for services providing PTSD support.

4 Humanitarian aid – the volunteers in Dnipro have been finding food and clothing for orphans and have worked tirelessly for this.

5 Registration – was approved 13[th] March 2024 the Registraion number is 1207437.
