The Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Village Of Fonthill Gifford In Wiltshire And Associated Outlying Areas Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Including Use For:(a) Meetings, Lectures And Classes, And(b) Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants.2. The Provision Of A Recreation Field And Children’s Play Area Adjoining The Village Hall In Fonthill Gifford Wiltshire For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants;nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And[section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
