Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achievements ofthe charity during the year The chatty r1Ved £2000 funds from Answer Cancer to raise Canr awareness in the mMunIty. Four successful events were organised targeting NHS canr screening programmes for breast, bowel and cemcal cancer. We also induded prostate cancer talks. The events were highly SUcSfUl. and the attendees changed their approach to seeksng the reSoUS for earty diagnosis and treatment. No of indi%iduals induding committee members got training for cancer awareness to become nr champions. The health ch8ck conducted Identif unkn(Y4vn kndney problems, blood pressure, diabetes and high cholester. The rforManCe feedback was oveNthelmingly excellent for all the events.
