Responsibilities and Basis of Report As the chaiily Iruslees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation ol the 8¢¢0unls in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 1 the Acl'l. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out undei section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Chaiily Commission under section 14515)Ibl of the Act. Independent Examlner's Statement I have completed my examination. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements The financial slalemenls have been prepared in accordan with the Charities SORP {FRS 1021'Accounling and Reporting by Charities." Slalemenl ol Recommended Piaclice applicable lo charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporiing Standard appli¢able in the UK and Republic of Iieland IFRS 1021 (effective 1 January 20191" Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Charities Act 2011.
