Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit, By Preventing Frail And Vulnerable Adults In Cleobury Mortimer And Surrounding Areas, From Becoming Socially Isolated By Identifying And Supporting Them To Maintain Independent Living And Community Links Through The Provision Of 1:1 And Group Volunteer Befriending, Signposting And Specialist Assistance.for The Purpose Of This Clause 'Socially Excluded' Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Of More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment, Financial Hardship, Old Age, Ill Health (Physical Or Mental), Disability, Poor Educational Or Skills Attainment, Or As A Victim Of Crime.
