Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end of the period P¥o121 The principal source of income is the hiring of Hall space for community activities. The Hall is well used so this income is normally sufficient to cover expenses and make a small contribution to reserves. A National Lottery grant of £74.790 covered most of the cost with the remaining £25.963 coming from the Hall's rese￿e5 built up over manyyears The Committee has a reserves policy to commit at least £30.C(X) to reserves to provide for key risk5 such as unexpected damage to the building or another pandemic.
