The charitys governance structure is overseen by the Board ofTrustees, which meets as required to ensure compllance wlth the Charity Commission and to plan for fvture activities. 3. Maintained the administrative and governance framework - Planned for the fornial transfer of ongoing ministry work from the former charity, Focus on Israel (Reg. No. 803140), which we plan to close in 2026. 5.
