2. Structure, Governance and Management
Focus on Israel was reglstered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation [CIO) with the
Charity Commission in 15/12/2023.
The charity is governed by its Constitution, adopted at reg5stration. Trnstees are appointed
in accordance with the provislons of that Constitution.
The charitys governance structure is overseen by the Board ofTrustees, which meets as
required to ensure compllance wlth the Charity Commission and to plan for fvture
activities.
3. Objectives and Activities
The objects ofthe charity. as set out in its governing document, are:

During the year under review [01101124-31112124), no charitable activities were carr5ed
out, and no income or expenditure was recorded. This period has been primarily devoted to
establishing the new charity structure and preparing for operatlons to begln In 2025.

4. Achievements and Performance
Although there has been no financial activity in the reporting year, the Trustees have:
Completed the registration ofthe charity with the Charity Commission.
Maintained the administrative and governance framework
- Planned for the fornial transfer of ongoing ministry work from the former charity, Focus
on Israel (Reg. No. 803140), which we plan to close in 2026.
5. Financial Review
There has been no flnancial activity during the year, and therefore:

No reserves are currently held. The charity expects to commence flnanclal activity from I
January 2025.

The Trustees anticipate that from 2025 the charity will begin artive operations, Induding..
Hosting teaching and ministry events.
Managing donations and grants in support ofthe charity's objectives.
Continuing the legacy and mission ofthe former charity, Focus on Israel [803140).
7. Statement of Trustees, Responsibilities
The Trustees are responsible for preparlng the Trustees, Annual Report and the financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards.
They must Ènsure that the financial statements give a true and falr vlew of the charitys
affair5 and comply with the requirements ofthe Charity Commission.
