2. Structure, Governance and Management
Ismaeels Foundation is a registered charity governed by a constitution adopted by the trustees. The charity is managed by a board of volunteer trustees who meet regularly to oversee its operations. No staff are employed.
3. Objectives and Activities
The charity was established in memory of Ismaeel, who tragically passed away at a young age due to anaphylaxis. The charity’s primary objectives are:

To raise awareness of anaphylaxis, especially among communities where awareness is limited

To provide fundraising and educational materials that inform the public about the risks and management of severe allergies
All activities carried out during the year were in line with these objectives.
4. Achievements and Performance
During the financial year ending 31 May 2025, Ismaeels Foundation focused on setting up the foundation’s materials and presence at community events.
