## **2. Structure, Governance and Management**

Ismaeels Foundation is a registered charity governed by a constitution adopted by the trustees. The charity is managed by a board of volunteer trustees who meet regularly to oversee its operations. No staff are employed.

## **3. Objectives and Activities**

The charity was established in memory of Ismaeel, who tragically passed away at a young age due to anaphylaxis. The charity’s primary objectives are:

- To raise awareness of anaphylaxis, especially among communities where awareness is limited

- To provide fundraising and educational materials that inform the public about the risks and management of severe allergies

All activities carried out during the year were in line with these objectives.

## **4. Achievements and Performance**

During the financial year ending 31 May 2025, Ismaeels Foundation focused on setting up the foundation’s materials and presence at community events.

Key activities included:

- Designing and purchasing display banners, stickers, and donation materials

- Preparing fundraising resources (buckets, boxes, card readers)

- Raising a total of £200 in donations

Although this was a setup year with a financial deficit, these materials will support our future fundraising and awareness efforts.

## **5. Financial Review**

- **Total income** : £200

- **Total expenditure** : £506.95

- **Net deficit** : £306.95

This year’s deficit reflects the charity’s initial setup costs, including materials to support future fundraising and outreach. All expenditure was covered through initial reserves or personal contributions from trustees.

The charity does not hold significant reserves and will seek further donations and support to continue its work in the coming year.

## **6. Reserves Policy**

Due to the charity's small size and recent formation, the trustees have not adopted a formal reserves policy. The aim is to build a modest reserve to support future activity.

## **7. Declaration**
