Structure, governance and management

The Baxter Lesser Foundation is a charitable trust governed by a Trust Deed dated 30th November 2023. The trustees are appointed in accordance with the provisions of the governing document.

Objectives and activities

The charity’s objects are to promote charitable purposes for the public benefit, in particular by making small grants to individuals or organisations in need or for the advancement of education, health, or community development. During the year the Foundation received donations and made a small grant in line with these objectives.

Achievements and performance

In the period ended 31th December 2024, the Foundation received total income of £500 in donations. It made one grant payment of £5 to support charitable activity. The trustees are satisfied that the Foundation is fulfilling its charitable aims effectively and remains in a position to make further grants as funds allow.
