To support released prisoners to set up their dog training businesses and continue in the educational field of dog training. To help to reduce the risk of reoffending via animal intervention and continued support throughout the sentence and release. To help to produce assistance dogs for people in need via working through the gate, with prisoners who have attended dog training courses.

Objects: To Promote The Resettlement And Rehabilitation Of Offenders, Ex-Offenders And Those At Risk Of Offending In Order To Reduce Rates Of Re-Offending And To Contribute To The Creation Of Safer Communities, Through, But Not Exclusively, The Provision With On-Site Kennel Facilities In Prisons To Enable Offenders To Retrain, Care For, And Rehabilitate Dogs. To Advance The Education Of Offenders And Ex-Offenders In Science-Based Training Techniques And Skills, Dog Behaviour Welfare And Ethology For The Purpose Of Effective Animal Behaviour Change Without Violence And Confrontation, Promoting Increased Empathy Responsibility And Respect.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008]
