Activities and Achievements During the Year During the reporting period, the charity's activities were limited and primarily focused on organisational development. The trustees concentrated on establishing the charity's digital infrastructure by securing the charity's website domain and planning the development of an innovative website platforn]. The website is intended to allow donors to view the charity's work, understand the needs of beneficiaries, and make donations quickly and securely. During this financial year, funds were used solely to secure the charity's website domain. Governance and Management Trustees During the year, the charity had five trustees. One trustee stepped down, and the charity ended the financial year with four active trustees. The trustees meet as required and are responsible for the overall governance, strategic direction, and financial oversight of the charity. 6. Financial Review Financial performance During the year ended 31 March 2025: Total income: £205 Total expenditure: £23.96 Expenditure during the year related solely to the cost of securing the charity's website domain. No grants were received during the period. The charity had no employees or volunteers during the financial year. Reserves policy The charity holds small reserves to support future charitable activities. Due to the size and early stage of the charity, the trustees have not adopted a fornial reserves policy at this time. Reserves are held to support the development of the charity's website and future fundraising and charitable activities. 7.
