We provide consistent, empowering and engaging support to families in need across the cities of Salford and Manchester. We give vital baby and household essentials to the most vulnerable families. Our Stay & Play sessions give children and their families an opportunity to bond and have fun together, away from the stresses of home. We help women to achieve their Breastfeeding goals.
Objects: 1) The Prevention And Relief Of Poverty For Families (All Parents, Caregivers And Dependent Children) In Greater Manchester And Elsewhere Through The Provision Of (In Particular, But Not Exclusively); • Family Essentials Such As Nappies, Toiletries, Baby Foods, Clothing, Toys, Equipment And Anti- Pyretic Medicine To Babies, Children And Their Parents Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress By Reason Of Their Social And/or Economic Circumstances. • Household Essentials Such As Beds, Carpets, Cooking Equipment, Small Items Of Furniture And Safety Equipment To Parents, Caregivers And Their Children Who Are In Condition Of Need, Hardship Or Distress By Reason Of Their Social And/or Economic Circumstances. 2) The Advancement, Safeguarding And Protection Of Health And Wellbeing Of Parents, Caregivers And Dependent Children Through The Provision Of Information, Skilled Help And Support In The Antenatal And Postnatal Period. 3) To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare, For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life, In Particular By Providing Stay And Play, Messy Play And Holiday Family Sessions For Parents And Their Children.
