Spare 10 For Ben is a registered charity committed to promoting mental health and well-being. We achieve our charitable objectives by installing benches known as 'Ben Chairs', promoting mental well-being in public spaces, and by distributing mental well-being boxes, known as 'Ben Boxes' and organising Community Engagement Events.
Objects: The Preservation And Protection Of Good Mental Health And The Relief Of Need For The Benefit Of Those Living In Durham And The Surrounding Area By The Provision Of Resources Promoting Good Mental Health Such As Educational Materials And Signposting To Relevant Mental Health Organisations.
