**Activities:** Spare 10 For Ben is a registered charity committed to promoting mental health and well-being. We achieve our charitable objectives by installing benches known as 'Ben Chairs', promoting mental well-being in public spaces, and by distributing mental well-being boxes, known as 'Ben Boxes' and organising Community Engagement Events.
