Objectives andpoli¢ies The clkarity's activities expose it to a number of flllancial risks including credit risL cash tlow risk and liquidiry risk. Th¢ use of financial derivativ¢s is gov¢rned by the charity's polici¢s approved by the board of tsust¢¢s, which provide written principles on the use of f]naELcial derivatives to manage thesc risks. Tbe charity do&$ not use derivative financial insln]rnents for speculative purposes. Since converting to a CIO in October 2023, thc LCA has developed a Business Plan for thc next 5 years. Whil¢ independent funding stream5 are being establishcd, the rc8ular courses have been funded by Thc Worshipful Company of Paviors. An Impact Report has been procured that shows tbe excellent outcomes the LCA ha achieved from 2021 ty 2024.
