The charity was registered on 18 Ortober 2023. It has not traded in the period from incorporation to 31 December 2025. In January 2026 this charity took over. at zero cost. all of the a55ets and liabilities of charity number 247478, which will be dissolved. All of the Trustees are volunteers but the Board has committed members with an excellent mix of skills. Vivien Redman and Laura Farquhar retired a5 Trustees at the end of 2025 after long periods of exceptional service to Sydney Simmons. Robert Noble and Suzanne Gooch joined the Board on 5 January 2026.
