The charity was registered on 18 Ortober 2023. It has not traded in the period from
incorporation to 31 December 2025.
In January 2026 this charity took over. at zero cost. all of the a55ets and liabilities of
charity number 247478, which will be dissolved.
All of the Trustees are volunteers but the Board has committed members with an excellent
mix of skills. Vivien Redman and Laura Farquhar retired a5 Trustees at the end of 2025
after long periods of exceptional service to Sydney Simmons. Robert Noble and Suzanne
Gooch joined the Board on 5 January 2026.
Our aim in 2026 is to continue to support our residents and update and refurbish the 13
properties as it becomes necessary and to provide a safe and secure environment for our
beneficiaries.
