We provide support and encouragement to those struggling with anxiety by running courses in churches and schools which explore what anxiety is, how it affects our physical and mental well- being and how it can be tackled. We sharing and signpost a wide range of resources that can help tackle anxiety, including the range of professional support that exists.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, To Relieve The Needs Of Those With Anxiety, Primarily Through:a) Providing Courses To Give Insight And Understanding Into Anxiety;b) Providing Resources And Practical Information/tips;c) Opportunities To Share Experiences And Signposting To Appropriate Support And Health Care Professionals.
