**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WITH ANXIETY, PRIMARILY THROUGH:A) PROVIDING COURSES TO GIVE INSIGHT AND UNDERSTANDING INTO ANXIETY;B) PROVIDING RESOURCES AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION/TIPS;C) OPPORTUNITIES TO SHARE EXPERIENCES AND SIGNPOSTING TO APPROPRIATE SUPPORT AND HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.

**Activities:** We provide support and encouragement to those struggling with anxiety by running courses in churches and schools which explore what anxiety is, how it affects our physical and mental well- being and how it can be tackled. We sharing and signpost a wide range of resources that can help tackle anxiety, including the range of professional support that exists.
