Our mission is to work directly with local primary and secondary schools offering a range of age appropriate mental health and wellbeing services. This ranges from yoga and mindfulness in primary schools, to group sessions on a range of topics including anxiety, friendships, neurodiversity and grief in secondary schools as well as one-to-one counselling and art therapy for those with the highest level of needs, who have not met the threshold for child and adolescent mental NHS support, or who are unable to access the support provided. |

Para 1.20 | With long waiting lists and limited provision of mental health services, often located far from our community, many young people were left without the mental health support, they so desperately needed. B charity was formed to fill this gap, providing local, easily accessible wellbeing, prevention and early intervention supporting local schools. B provided this vital service in four primary and one secondary school in and around Brackley. This has supported approximately 250 children improving their mental health and wellbeing. Testimonials include: "I like coming to yoga as it helps with my anxiety and calming down. When I am stressed, I try breathing and it always helps to calm me and relax." Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5)Ibl of the Act. Independent I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with Ihe examination which gives me cause lo believe that in, any material respect.. th8 accounting records were not kept in accordance wilh section 130 of the Charities Act., or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or Ihe accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts sel out in the Charities {Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
