schools as well as one-to-one counselling
and art therapy for those with the highest
level of needs, who have not met the
threshold for child and adolescent mental
NHS support, or who are unable to access
the support provided.|

of mental health services, often located far
from our community, many young people
were left without the mental health support,
they so desperately needed. B charity was
formed to fill this gap, providing local, easily
accessible wellbeing, prevention and early
intervention supporting local schools. B
provided this vital service in four primary
and one secondary school in and around
Brackley. This has supported
approximately 250 children improving their
mental health and wellbeing. Testimonials
include:

anxiety and calming down. When I am
stressed, I try breathing and it always helps

I report lo the truslees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity I'the Trust") for the year ended 3111212025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)Ibl of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with Ihe examination which gives me
cause lo believe that in, any material respect..
