Objectives and Activities

Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	To provide recreational and leisure activities in the interest of social welfare to improve their positive outcomes, to provide support and activities to develop skills to enable for them to participate in society. This for children an d young people that had a diagnosed disability and or Autism with associate complex or challenging behaviours.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	None- this was the registration period, no money was raised or spend during this time.
Statement confirming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit	Para 1.18	The main activities will be social and leisure activities for the children and young people. These children and their families are members of the public that will benefit from this charity. They will benefit as they will get to have opportunities they would have had before. We will also be able to purchase equipment for the benefits of improving children’s positive outcomes as the equipment will be purchased to provide additional resources.
