Charitable purposes:
The charity exists to promote the education of Muslim students and researchers in the UK, supporting academic research, providing grants and mentorship, and developing collaborative networks of Muslim and allied scholars.

During the year to 05 April 2025 the charity carried out the following activities to further its objectives:

Annual Conference: Held the 2025 Muslim Researchers’ Network Conference on 04 January 2025 at the University of Oxford’s Mathematical Institute — a flagship gathering with research talks, poster sessions, keynote lectures, and panel discussions aimed at connecting research with broader societal questions.

Research Communities: Continued development of thematic research communities across disciplines to foster peer support, discussion, and scholarly collaboration.

Mentorship Scheme: Continued matching early‑stage researchers with experienced academic mentors to support career and research development, providing tailored guidance and support.

Webinars and Online Content: Delivered educational webinars and online content aimed at research skill building and academic discussion.
The trustees confirm they have referred to the Charity Commission’s public benefit guidance when planning the charity’s activities.
3. Achievements and Performance
The trustees consider that the activities above contributed positively toward achieving the charity’s objectives. Key achievements during the year include:
