Our Saturday moming sessions have benefited our members diredly as, through attending. they have found companionship and developed an improved sense of wellbeing and usefulness. Through projects for other organisations the sessions have encouraged team building and helped develop new skills using various pieces of woodworking equipment. The yrk of the 'Shed° has attracted referrals from other local organisations which have similar aims regarding the eradication of isolation and loneliness. We have encouraged both one to one and group communication btheen members and helped them to develop more confidence.
