Achievements and Perfomiance
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity,
identifying the difference the
charity's work has made to
the arcumstsnces of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefrts to society as a
whole.
Our Saturday moming sessions have
benefited our members diredly as, through
attending. they have found companionship
and developed an improved sense of
wellbeing and usefulness. Through projects
for other organisations the sessions have
encouraged team building and helped
develop new skills using various pieces of
woodworking equipment. The y￿rk of the
'Shed° has attracted referrals from other
local organisations which have similar aims
regarding the eradication of isolation and
loneliness. We have encouraged both one
to one and group communication btheen
members and helped them to develop
more confidence.
Pern 1.20
Our outdoor events have encouraged
members to man stalls and speak to
visitors about our objectives and display
and sell some of our produds made by
members.
In particular our projects in support of other
local charitable bodies and their members
have induded the construction of raised
beds and butterfly boxes and mentoring
