Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	The objects of the Oxenford Public Access Defibrillator are the advancement of health and the saving of lives for the public benefit in Oxenford and the surrounding area through the provision and maintenance of a public access defibrillator and to facilitate training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of defibrillators.

Para 1.17 and 1.19	The charity maintained its Zoll AED Fully Automatic Defibrillator with Outdoor heated cabinet which is installed on external wall of the barn located on Oxenford, TA19 0PP. The Defibrillator was not used during the reporting period.

Para 1.20	The Charity has ensured that the Defibrillator is in good working order and has ensured that there are sufficient funds available to carry out any future maintenance required. The Trustees met on 24 July 2025 and discussed future plans for the charity and considered whether there were sufficient funds in place to replace to maintain the defibrillator and provide refresher training on its use. The Trustees agreed an activity plan for 2025-2028. 1. A handbell to be placed in Defibrillator cabinet for summoning local help. 2. Refresher training course(s) to be offered on the use of the AED Defibrillator and basic lifesaving training to the residents of Oxenford and the surrounding area in Q4 of 2026. 3. The defibrillator battery to be replaced in January 2027. 4. +Defibrillator pads to be replaced by February 2028 ( if they have not been used and therefore replaced before that date).
