A resolution was F4ssed on 3 August 2023 that all the property and assets of the Dunws and Springett's Educational Foundation {Chartr&ble Re￿strnti0n No 307664) were to be transferred to the n&￿Y fomied Charit2ble Incorpordted Owdni5ation, Dunk's Educational Foundation (Charitsble Registrnuon No 1204336). This transfer took place on 14 August 2023. Objert of the Charity The objert of the Charity is promotyng the eduotion (including social and physid trniningl of children and young persons under the age of 25 ye￿5 resident in the area of the Ancient Parish of Havthur5L The Chartty is governed by a scheme daTrd 12 Juty 1927 as amended by a scheme dated 22 March 1982 and a resolution of the Trustees dated 9 Awil 1997 under section 74 {21 (c) of the Charities Act 1993. The Charity was originally tyvo seprnte charitie5 e5tabli5hed by the Charity Commission in 1904. One of these vns Dunk's Educational Fourtdation. which had formerly been part of Dunk's Almshow Charity. and the other was Springecc's Educatitsnal Donation.
