THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PRISONERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF BECOMING PRISONERS IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A TRAUMA-INFORMED AND MINDFULNESS-BASED YOGA AND MEDITATION PROGRAMME DELIVERED AS A MEANS OF ADDRESSING THEIR TRAUMA, MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILL-HEALTH AND PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY FOR RECOVERY, REHABILITATION AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit, To Relieve The Needs Of Prisoners And Those At Risk Of Becoming Prisoners In Particular Through The Provision Of A Trauma-Informed And Mindfulness-Based Yoga And Meditation Programme Delivered As A Means Of Addressing Their Trauma, Mental Or Physical Ill-Health And Providing The Opportunity For Recovery, Rehabilitation And Personal Development.
