Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are, For The Public Benefit:(a) To Advance The Education Of Ukrainian Nationals And Citizens Involved Or Wishing To Become Involved In The Provision Of Medical (Including Dental) And Healthcare Services, Including Doctors, Dentists, Nurses And Other Healthcare Professionals (Together, “Healthcare Professionals”) And Those Training To Be Healthcare Professionals, Whether In Ukraine Or The United Kingdom, By:(i) The Provision And Support Of Practical And Technical Information, Materials, Courses And Other Means Of Training, Whether Directly Or Indirectly Related To Such Occupations; And(ii) The Provision Of Support To Enable Healthcare Professionals And Those Training To Be Healthcare Professionals To Take Professional Examinations With A View To Qualifying Or Re-Qualifying As Healthcare Professionals In Such Countries;(b) To Advance The Health Of Those Suffering Ill-Health Or Disability In Ukraine, Including By:(i) Providing Medical Services, Goods And Equipment And Providing Services To Facilitate The Supply Of Medical Services, Goods And Equipment To Ukraine;(ii) Supporting And Facilitating The Reconstruction Of Existing (And Future Development Of New) Hospitals And Other Medical And Healthcare Infrastructure, Both Physical And Organisational, In Ukraine; And(iii) Promoting Engagement By Healthcare Professionals With Local Communities And By Members Of Local Communities With Healthcare Professionals.
