Financial Review Review of Ihe charity's financial position at the end of tho period Para 1.21 The financial position of the club is exactly as we expected from our first year as a charity. We are satisfied that we've had sufficient funds to operate our activities and will continue to do so in subsequent years. Unforeseen financial issues we came across, were our title {main sponsor) pulling out last minute. following a change in their management, which left us with no lime to find another. Secondly, additional charges {per each home game) were introduced by our landlord for 'ulilily costs,, which came about due to the cost of living crisis. Our game season ends during March, with couple of training sessionsltrials taking place in April. Plans are also in place to grow our merchandise sales and streaming platform. which appears to be growing in popularity WFth both away and home fans. Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held Para 1.22 We hold very little reseTves throughout the closed season. There are no unexpected costs coming in between the months of April and end of Julylbeginning of August. Existing sponsorsldonors. along with new, tend to pledge their sUPPOrt during the months of July and August. Others pledge their support continually throughout the season, ensuring we can continue to su ort our oun la ers throu hout.
