All of the Charity's operations are centred on searching for high-risk missing people and supporting the local community during emergencies and major incidents. During this time, we have recruited a membership of 16 search and rescue technicians and seven support staff. Each month. we conduct training exercises. We are building upon solid relationships with the Lincolnshire Resilien￿ Forum and Lincolnshire Emergency Services to ensure the best outcomes for vulnerable persons who are missing in Lincolnshire and beyond. We were called out throughout flooding events in Lincolnshire during the autumn and winter and were able to offer support to vulnerable persons. One notable example of our capability was a call-out to a disabled, elderfy lady stranded in a flooded house with 6 dogs and 3 cats. We worked closely with the Fire and Rescue Service to recover and relocate the lady and all her pets to safety.
