Para 1.20 | The main work undertaken by the charity in the reported period was deliver of Mental Health First Aider training to 21 practitioners of Equine Assisted Services. This training provided an important service as it serves to ensure that those working in the space are able to recognise the symptoms of Mental Health crisis, hold space and support individuals in getting professional care, as well as being advocates for establishing positive narratives and working to reduce stigma. The training was delivered at a significantly reduced fee versus public courses and the delivery was invoiced directly on a service delivered basis. |
