The reserve policy for Mama Mwila Trust is to hold a sum equivalent to 4 months’ average expenditure. This should be sufficient to meet any unforeseen item of major expenditure on manses and to be able to continue, in the short term, funding planned activities in the event of the growing of organisation. |
