Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

Hykeham Sailing Club have transitioned during the year to operating as a CIO. For members and the local community, it is business as usual. We have continued to encourage new members through free open days, continued to provide sailing sessions for young people and Learn to Sail training through the clubs RYA recognised training centre. We continue to work closely with our affiliate groups who provide affordable sailing experiences for schools, young people, and sailability. During the year we have continued to work towards renewing our lease to secure our tenure.
