Appointment und troining of trustees Trustees are appointed by existing trustees and three by Landkey Parlsh Councll. All trustees are required to complete a form. All new trustees receive a copy of the annual report and an update on the charity. OrgonAsotion The charity is administered by its printipal Officers (Chairman. Secretary and Treasurerl actin8 with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees and the Bo￿lce of various advisory group5. All Officers are elected annually. The Board of Trustee5 meets a5 necessary but at least 3 times a year in nonnal circumstantes. Funds Fun(ts held by the Charity are elther. Achse¥ements and performance rrustees have Set up this chartty with a more clearly defined Constitution, incorporating good practite as recommended by the Charity Commission. Trustees have contlnued to keep the assets in good repair.
