Para 1.20 | Owing to the spiritual nature of the church's objectives it is difficult to quantify achievements; however, we have in the past year undertaken the following activities: • We currently have a part time pastor and we invite guest speakers to preach at our Sunday services. • The Open Arms coffee morning run on a monthly basis focused primarily on those who are lonely in the community providing a safe and warm space to meet others • The Chapel Afternoon Teas are extremely well attended with over 40+ people from the community. • A Pop-Up Christmas activity was held for young and old people which was also well attended. • The church membership to date stands at 25 individuals. • In November we distributed 400 leaflets advertisingthe Chapel Christmas Events and its weekly Sunday School. |
• Quarterly social gathering involving a meal and the Chapel Annual Christmas Lunch have taken place. • The Chapel provide a monthly article for the Parish Magazine which advise the community of any activities that are taking place at the Chapel for the month concerned. The Church continues to support the local Food Bank and charitable purposes locally, nationally and internationally.

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Croes Y Parc Baptist Church, Peterston-Super-Ely, Cardiff
I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Croes Y Parc Baptist Church, Peterston-Super-Ely, Cardiff (Charity) for the year ended 31[st] December 2025.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act').
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

accounting records were not kept in respect of the Charity as required by section 130 of the Act; or
-
the accounts do not accord with those records; or
-
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I confirm that there are no other matters to which your attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
