Achievements and Perfomiance During the Charity's first period a lease from the Church in Wales to the charity was finalised and signed on 15 De[ber 2023 Planning work wtth a view to readying the Hall for letting in 2024 was undertaken and the ne$Sary commttments to statutory undertakers and other bodies were entered into. Meetsngs were held with member5 of the communty to discuss the prospects for the Hall. a free Membership roll was opened arKI, when the lease was signed, work Commen to clean and otherwise ready the Hall for letting. Planning also took placè with a view to providing appropriate lavatory facilities for those unable to use the conventional faciltties.
