Trustee selection methods	The initial Trustees were appointed from existing Trustees set out in Unincorporated Charity 267615. Trustees will be appointed or reappointed at the Annual General Meeting held as soon as possible after the financialyear end.

The charity's organisational structure and any wider network with which the charity works. Policies and procedures adopted for the induction and training of trustees.	The Trustees will oversee the day to day running of the village hall and playing fields for inhabitants of the Parish of Loddiswell and the immediate vicinity. All trustees give their time voluntarily and receive no remuneration or other benefits. The Trust has a full set of policies regarding the management of the facilities and induction of trustees setting out their roles and responsibilities and provides a handbook for easy reference.

Objectives and Activities

Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in it'sgoverningdocument	To advance the mental and physical training and recreational, social and intellectual development for the benefit of the residents of the Parish of Loddiswell and it's immediate vicinity.
Summary of the main activities undertaken in relation to these objects with regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.	The Trust's role is to manage the facilities but in doing so we keep in mind the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit at our trustee meetings and when accepting bookings.

Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held	On completion of the transfer of all assets, including funds held by the Unincorporated Charity 267615 held at the bank, The Trust aims to maintain a reserve to cover future maintenance, refurbishment and unexpected revenue voids. The level of reserve held will reviewed annually.
