Stamp Out Spiking seek to prevent and reduce the criminal act of spiking and related crimes through advancing public education through the provision of workshops; seminars; public information initiatives; and through advancing the education of the emergency services and law enforcement through grant funding and delivering crime reduction.
Objects: For The Benefit Of The Public, The Prevention And Reduction Of Crime, In Particular, The Criminal Act Of Spiking And Related Crimes Such As Sexual Violence, By: Advancing Public Education On Spiking And Related Crimes Through The Provision Of Workshops; Seminars; Public Information Initiatives; And Through Advancing The Education Of The Emergency Services And Law Enforcement Through Grant Funding And Delivering Crime Reduction Training (Anti- Spiking Training).nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
