**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE PREVENTION AND REDUCTION OF CRIME, IN PARTICULAR, THE CRIMINAL ACT OF SPIKING AND RELATED CRIMES SUCH AS SEXUAL VIOLENCE, BY: ADVANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION ON SPIKING AND RELATED CRIMES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WORKSHOPS; SEMINARS; PUBLIC INFORMATION INITIATIVES; AND THROUGH ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE EMERGENCY SERVICES AND LAW ENFORCEMENT THROUGH GRANT FUNDING AND DELIVERING CRIME REDUCTION TRAINING (ANTI- SPIKING TRAINING).NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** Stamp Out Spiking seek to prevent and reduce the criminal act of spiking and related crimes through advancing public education through the provision of workshops; seminars; public information initiatives; and through advancing the education of the emergency services and law enforcement through grant funding and delivering crime reduction.
