It is my responsibility to 'examine the accourbts under section 145 of the Act,. 'to follow the proceedure5 laid down in the General Directions given bv the Charity Commissioners under section 14515llbl of the Act- to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Independent Examiner's Statement I have completed my examination.
