The Object of the charity is to benefit the re5ident5 of Congleton and the
surrounding area without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, race or of
political,religious or other opinions by providing allotment facilities in the
interests of social welfare for recreational leisure time DccupatlDn with
the objective of Improving life for the residents
Summary of Activities in relation to these Objects
The charity has raised funds by way of grants and donatlons which ha5 enabled it
to purchase the allotments at The Vale in Congleton.

I report lo the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity for the year ended 31st March 2025
Responslbilities of the Trustees and the Examiner
The charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts
in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {the Act).
It is my responsibility to
'examine the accourbts under section 145 of the Act,.
'to follow the proceedure5 laid down in the General Directions given bv
the Charity Commissioners under section 14515llbl of the Act-
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters
have come to my attention in connection with the examination which
gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect=
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with
section 130 of the charities Act 2011: or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the
charities (Account5 and Reports) Regulation5 2008 other than
any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view
which is not a matter considered as part of an Independent
Examination

with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report
in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached
