Recruitment and a intment f T The trustees forn the Executive Comrnitt￿ of the charity. The members of the Executlve Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting by the members of the Charity. All members are circulat&J with invitsttons to nominate trnstees in advan￿ of the AGM. The Constitution of the Charity states that there must be at least three charity trustees, wlth Ma￿muM limit of eight. Achievements and Performance This is our first trading year and ivs been exdling and challenging year for us at Humber Open Arms. We recelved our first gran¢ from the National Lottery Community Funds which is for two years. We have been able to set up a tharity website and other 9)aal media platfomis to spread the charty awareness. Flnancial Review During the year the CIO recorded income of £20k. (restricted £20k, unrestricted Nil) Reserves Policy At this prent tlme there is no finance rerves p)licy in pla￿, but have suggested that the charity should aim to keep 3 months running costs at all time. Plans for Future periods Our short-term plans and objectives for the next year are fr￿used on the growth of the charity, we want to ensu￿ financial stability for the organisation and ralsing more aWa￿neSS within Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire.

This is an acceptable ft)rmat for all non-company charities with an income below £250,CKIO. The chaiity's trustees consider that an audit is not requir&J for this period under secbon 144 of the Charfties Act 2011 (the Chaiities Act) atKI that an independent examination is needed.
