Operate Isbourne Arts in a former church in the centre of the town of Winchcombe, in order to use it for:- promoting the arts by encouraging access to, engagement with and participation and creativity in the arts;- advancing education in the arts;- advancing in life and helping young people by the provision of a youth centre;- providing a community centre for local, community groups
Objects: (1) To Promote The Arts For The Benefit Of The Public In The Area Of Benefit By Encouraging Access To, Engagement With And Participation And Creativity In The Arts; (2) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Area Of Benefit In The Arts; (3) To Advance In Life And Help Young People In The Area Of Benefit Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interests Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.(4) To Further Or Benefit The Residents In The Area Of Benefit, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Or Of Other Protected Characteristics Under The Equality Act 2010, By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Provide Facilities, In Particular But Not Limited To A Community Centre, In The Interests Of Social Welfare, For Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For Residents; (5) To Advance For The Benefit Of The Public In The Area Of Benefit Such Other Purposes As Are Exclusively Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales As The Trustees May Resolve From Time To Time; And In This Article 4 "Area Of Benefit" Means The Town Of Winchcombe In Gloucestershire, Its Surrounding Area And Such Other Geographical Area As The Trustees May Select From Time To Time.
