Para 1.20 We have been slow to start fulfilling our
mission because of administrative delays
particularly in relation to setting up a
charity bank account with the CAF Bank
Ltd but before the end of the year we
were able to hold our first fund allocation
meeting.
Three grant awards were approved and
the first of those awards (a grant of
£4,500) was paid out prior to 31/12/23 to
the UK registered charity Impact UK in
support of three of their projects. As a
result, the health and wellbeing of
numerous disadvantaged adults and
children has benefited in impoverished
communities in Cambodia, Bangladesh
and Zanzibar (see projects listed above).
