|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**We have been slow to start fulfilling our**<br>**mission because of administrative delays**<br>**particularly in relation to setting up a**<br>**charity bank account with the CAF Bank**<br>**Ltd but before the end of the year we**<br>**were able to hold our first fund allocation**<br>**meeting.**<br>**Three grant awards were approved and**<br>**the first of those awards (a grant of**<br>**£4,500) was paid out prior to 31/12/23 to**<br>**the UK registered charity Impact UK in**<br>**support of three of their projects. As a**<br>**result, the health and wellbeing of**<br>**numerous disadvantaged adults and**<br>**children has benefited in impoverished**<br>**communities in Cambodia, Bangladesh**<br>**and Zanzibar (see projects listed above).**|
