Review of the charity’s
financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1.21 The financial position of the charity at the
end at 31stDecember 2024 is that there are
total funds of £14,702. Expenditure was
greater than income this year due to a
planned increase in the number of days
worked by our Director (1 day a week at the
start of 2023 to 3 days a week at the end of
2024) and the cost of providing accredited
coaching training for our Director.

Para 1.22 The Trustees have considered the level of
reserves they wish to retain, appropriate to
the charity’s needs. At the end of 2024 that
level was 2 months running costs, based
on the director working 3 days a week. The
Trustees aim to ensure Jubilee Leadership
will be able to continue to fulfil its charitable
objectives even if there is a temporary
shortfall in income or unexpected
expenditure. The Trustees will endeavour
not to set aside funds unnecessarily.

The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an Independent Examination is needed.
