Th8 aim is that the CIO supersedes the existing, active Unincorporalod Charity, The Thai 8uddhisl South West Trust registored with the Charity Commission in January 2017 under chgrity number 1171258. In order lo do that tha ownership of Ihe property {Berkeley House) of the Unincorporal¢d Charity neads lo be transfgrred to the nèw CIO trust. A number of impediments have delayed the completion of Ihe process. As consequence, the CIO is dgemed not lo have en active during th8 reporting period. The Trust Constitution of the CIO follows tha model structure provided by The Charity Commission and has th8 same objects as that of the original Unincorporated Charity. The CIO has the same board of trustees as th8 Unincorpor8ted ChaTity and with no activities to dal&, ther& is nothing to report.
